Sunflower Kennel Club of Olathe, Kansas holds it’s All Breed Conformation Shows & Obedience Trials at the outstanding facility, the Kansas Expocenter in Topeka. The Kansas Expocenter offers a spacious climate controlled all-indoor venue with lots of free parking, RV spaces with hookups, grooming with electricity, and a beautiful onsite hotel (with a link to the Expocenter). Our May dates usually offer lovely Spring weather, making the show comfortable for both dogs and exhibitors.

Lots of free parking. Reserved grooming with electricity is available. Designated Free Grooming spaces will be available in the Exhibition Hall and the Landon Arena Concourse areas. These spaces are first come first served and have limited access to electricity. There is day crating & grooming space available in the Atrium area. Dogs may not stay in the Atrium overnight.

Kansas Expocentre security requests that you label your dog’s crate with your name and a phone number where you can be located in case of an emergency.

The Capitol Plaza Hotel (EVENT HOST HOTEL) is conveniently located onsite at the KS Expocentre.

Can you ring steward? We could use your help during our Obedience and Rally Trials Friday, May 6 and Saturday, May 7, 2016 and during our all-breed conformation shows on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, May 7 thru 9th. We will provide lunch.

RESERVED GROOMING: Printed versions of the show’s Premium List have an error on the due date for reserved grooming. Reservations will be taken till Friday May 22, 2016.

CLASSES currently running

• Conformation Handling: 7:00 pm

Conformation handling classes. Walk in, no enrollment necessary. $10.00 per class. $8.00 for SKC members.

Prepare yourself and your dog for competition for a Champion title at the upcoming shows. Dog and handler may be any experience level but handlers need to be in control of their dog. We will work with you to fine tune your performance. Instructors will rotate.

CGC (Canine Good Citizen) Title Test offered on last night of class sessions. This test is included in the cost of enrollment in obedience classes. Other dogs may attend to take the test for $10.00 per dog.

Puppies must be 3 months old and have shots.

Please bring proof of vaccination for your dog.
